Jeremiah Bryan waits for his father, who is returning from a nine-month oversees deployment, during a homecoming ceremony, Oct. 31, 2018, held at the William Bill Reed Special Events Center, Fort Carson, Colorado. The ceremony welcomed Soldiers of the 2nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division who were deployed to Afghanistan supporting the Resolute Support mission of conducting train, advise and assist operations that enable Afghan national defense and security forces to increase security and stability in order to prevent terrorist safe havens.
