Governor Rick Snyder and Major General Gregory J. Vadnais, the Adjutant General and Director of Military and Veterans Affairs for Michigan applaud Jim Redford, director of the Michigan Veterans Affairs Agency on Oct. 29 at the groundbreaking ceremony for the South East Michigan Veterans Home in Chesterfield Township. This will be the first Veteran’s home to be built in Michigan in over 130 years.
