Lemaster was at NHB overseeing a Market Executive Council meeting that
focused on such clinical specialty topics as Behavioral Health, Obstetrics,
Pediatrics, Primary Care, Surgery, and Telemedicine, and also included a
Familiarization visit of the command. Under Lemaster, the Puget Sound Military Health System is an enhanced Multi-Service Market of all service branches.
