U.S. Air Force General Terrance J. O'Shaughnessy, Commander of the North American Aerospace Defense Command and U.S. Northern Command provides guidance to Department of Defense personnel, in coordination with Customs and Border Protection liaison officers and other supporting interagency partners, during a planning and operational update briefing about mission-enhancing DoD capabilities that will be provided in support of the Department of Homeland Security, Oct. 28, 2018. USNORTHCOM serves as the synchronizer of DoD forces providing mission-enhancing capabilities in support of DHS and CBP along the Southwest Border.
