Airmen from the 374th Civil Engineer Squadron work with Koku Jietai (Japan Air Self-Defense Force) members to secure the Mobile Aircraft Arresting System (MAAS) in place at a bilateral training event at Yokota Air Base, Japan, Oct. 25, 2018.
