Airman 1st Class Cameron Connelly, 374th Civil Engineer Squadron electrical power production, provides instructions to Koku Jietai (Japan Air Self-Defense Force) service members prior to installing the Mobile Aircraft Arresting System (MAAS) at a bilateral training event at Yokota Air Base, Japan, Oct. 25, 2018. The training allowed personnel from Iruma, Komatsu and Hyakuri Air Bases to get hands-on experience with the installation process of the MAAS, further strengthening the relationship and interoperability of the two nation’s forces.
