Romain Smith, 374th Civil Engineer Squadron electrical power production, works with members of the Koku Jietai (Japan Air Self-Defense Force) members to measure out the proper positioning for the Mobile Aircraft Arresting System (MAAS) at a bilateral training event at Yokota Air Base, Japan, Oct. 25, 2018.
