Romain Smith, 374th Civil Engineer Squadron electrical power production, measures the width of the runway prior to installing the Mobile Aircraft Arresting System (MAAS) with the help of the Koku Jietai (Japan Air Self-Defense Force) as part of bilateral training at Yokota Air Base, Japan, Oct. 25, 2018.
