A U.S. Marine uses rope to make a harness for rappelling during a communication exercise at the Jungle Warfare Training Center in Okinawa, Japan, Oct. 19, 2018. Marines are taught how to properly make a harness out of rope to ensure they have a secure safety measure for rappelling down walls. Alpha Company, 7th Communication Battalion conducted the communications exercise to test their capabilities in providing communication services in field environments as well as train in jungle warfare tactics.
