Commanders from the Djiboutian Armed Forces review mortar specifics with their platoon leadership during a two-week mortar course in Ali Ouney, Djibouti, Oct. 27, 2011. The Djiboutian soldiers reviewed proper mortar techniques and use of the 60 mm and 81 mm systems to strengthen defense capabilities in the Horn of Africa.
