181024-N-DR346-1005 OKINAWA, Japan (Oct. 24, 2018) Construction Mechanic Constructionman Austin Fraim, from Long Island, N.Y., and assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, conducts an annual vehicular safety inspection on a Medium Tactical Vehicle Replacement tractor trailer to ensure the vehicle is safe to operate and maintains optimal readiness. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
