USACE is executing 18 FEMA Mission Assignments including Temporary Roofing in Florida. Deployable Tactical Operations System (DTOS) Vehicles have been deployed to Florida and Georgia to assist with communication capabilities and connectivity to support the temporary emergency power and Debris removal missions. USACE personnel are arriving at this DTOS vehicle in Panama City. Fla., to support the Operation Blue Roof program as Quality Assurance (QA) personnel.
