Officers Rich Hohensee and Matthew Brigson with the Fort McCoy (Wis.) Police Department read a Dr. Seuss book to children at the Child Development Center (CDC) on March 4, 2015. The storytime is part of an effort by the police department and the CDC to celebrate the works of Theodor Seuss Geisel, otherwise known as Dr. Seuss. Geisel was born in March 1904.
