Staff Sgt. Joshua Slavin, a section sergeant with 2nd Battalion, 135th Infantry Regiment, is restrained by soldiers from the battalion’s Company C during a training exercise at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, Oct. 30. Slavin was acting as a hostile person who tried to cross the unit’s entry control point.
