Marc Botts, 595th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron debrief non-commissioned officer in charge, at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska Sept. 13, 2018. The maintainers work and fly on the E-4B aircraft which is a militarized version of the Boeing 747-200. It provides a highly-survivable, command, control and communications center to direct U.S. forces, execute emergency war orders and coordinate actions by civil authorities in case of national emergency.
