U.S. Army Command Sgt. Maj. Reginald Thomas, Task Force Destiny Command Sergeant Major, delivers a speech to the graduating Basic Leader Course class 18-11 at Bagram Airfield Oct. 12 2018. Thomas said “Being a leader is not about giving orders, its about earning respect, leading by example, creating a positive climate, maximizing resources, inspiring others and building teams to promote excellence.” At the conclusion of the ceremony, Thomas gave words of wisdom to the graduated Soldiers assigned to TF Destiny.
