A drug smuggling go-fast is beached in Luquillo, Puerto Rico after being pursued by the Coast Guard Cutter Donald Horsley Oct. 13, 2018. The Donald Horsley crew and responding U.S. Customs and Border Protection and Immigrations and Customs Enforcement-Homeland Security Investigations units seized 2,324 pounds of cocaine in this case with an estimated wholesale value of $30 million.
