Staff Sgt. Luis Arroyo-Chavez, heavy equipment operator with the 202nd REDHORSE, uses a skid steer to shove logs off the road on Oct. 15, 2018 near the Kensington Subdivision of Panama City, Florida. Arroyo-Chavez and the rest of the Airmen of the 202nd used chainsaws, skid steers and back hoes to remove fallen trees left in the wake of Hurricane Michael. The fallen trees make it impossible for some residents to get out, and for first responders to get in.
