U.S. Army Lt. Col. Loreto Borce Jr., garrison commander of the Pohakuloa Training Area, presents a certificate of appreciation to U.S. Marine Corps Maj. Christopher Ulcak, an aircraft commander with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 363, and his crew for participating in the Waimea Fall Festival at the Waimea District Park, Oct. 13, 2018. VMM-363 flew one of their aircraft from Marine Corps Base Hawaii on Oahu to the Waimea Fall Festival, providing a static display and subject matter experts for a first-hand experience to the festival’s attendants.
