U.S. Marine Corps Maj. Christopher Ulcak, an aircraft commander with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 363, takes a photo of local community members at the Waimea District Park in front of an MV-22B Osprey aircraft, Oct. 13, 2018. VMM-363 flew one of their aircraft from Marine Corps Base Hawaii on Oahu to the Waimea Fall Festival, providing a static display and subject matter experts for a first-hand experience to the festival’s attendants.
