U.S. Marine Corps Maj. Christopher Ulcak, an aircraft commander with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 363, meets with local community members at the Waimea District Park to showcase an Osprey aircraft, Oct. 13, 2018. VMM-363 flew one of their aircraft from Marine Corps Base Hawaii on Oahu to the Waimea Fall Festival, providing a static display and subject matter experts for a first-hand experience to the festival’s attendants.
