U.S. Marine Staff Sgt. Jeremy Lombard and a Sikorsky fleet support representative, screw in the main gear box of the CH-53K King Stallion on Marine Corps Air Station New River, N.C., Oct. 3, 2018. Maintainers have been reviewing and studying the K variant since its arrival in May to improve logistics and maintenance when the helicopter is fully implemented next year.
