NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (Sep. 28, 2018) -- Logistics Specialist 1st Class Gregory Chery, left, from Carrefour, Haiti, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) supply department, receives his certificate of reenlistment from Lt. Steven Makuch, at his reenlistment ceremony at the Newport News Victory Arch. Ford is currently undergoing its post- shakedown availability period at Huntington Ingalls Industries-Newport News Shipbuilding.
