Yoyi Ponce de Leon, Surveyer with the 27th Combat Engineer Battalion (a), uses GPS enabled equipment to mark elevations and locations for installation of a new culvert as part of major road repair. The repair is taking place at the Military Ocean Terminal Sunny Point, N.C., Oct. 1, 2018, and is part of the recovery effort after damages caused on the installation by Hurricane Florence on Sept. 14 and 15, 2018.
