Soldiers and airmen with the National Guard's 6th Civil Support Team provide area monitoring and other support at a World Series baseball game in Arlington, Texas, Oct. 22, 2011. The Austin-based unit was deployed to North Texas at the request of civilian emergency management officials to help augment the overall public safety effort for the event. The CST's training and equipment help authorities detect and prevent dangerous substances from being introduced into large crowds.
