Wreaths lay on the step of a World War II memorial prior to being used as part of an annual ceremony that honors Douglas Munro at the Laurel Hills Memorial Cemetery in Cle Elum, Wash., Sept. 27, 2018.
The fives wreaths were laid by representatives for the Coast Guard Combat Veteran Association, the Coast Guard Enlisted Association, the Chief Petty Officers Association, the Chief Warrant Officers Association and the Puget Sound Officers Association.
