The aircraft carrier USS George Washington pulls alongside the Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS Walter S. Diehl to conduct a replenishment at sea. George Washington took on more than 1 million gallons of fuel during the replenishment to ensure sustainable operational readiness while at sea.
