Training Coordinator Alex Rivera-Torres with the Directorate of Emergency Services Police Department helps a youth secure his helmet Sept. 15, 2018, while teaching bicycle safety during the Fort McCoy Day for Kids event at Fort McCoy, Wis. A variety of activities were held at the School Age Center/Youth Center in addition to the color run., including games, a rock wall, inflatables, and a DJ.
