The Secretary of the Army Dr. Mark T. Esper, is briefed before a live-fire training exercise by U.S. Army Capt. Jonathan Kasprisin, an operations officer with 2nd Battalion, 5th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, at Novo Selo Training Area, Sept. 25, 2018.
