    Airmen with the 58th Squadron, Royal Air Force, prepare to go out on patrol at Patrol Base Boldak, Helmand province, Sept. 30. Boldak is the first line of defense for Camp Leatherneck, the largest coalition base in Helmand province. It is manned by Weapons Company, 1st Battalion, 25th Marine Regiment, a reserve unit based out of Fort Devens, Mass. They frequently partner with UK and Afghan troops to conduct patrols throughout Task Force Belleau Wood’s area of operations.
