Miller from Manteno, Illinois, directs an MH-60R Sea Hawk helicopter, assigned to the "Spartans" of Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM) 70, during flight operations aboard the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Hue City (CG 66).
