Shimoji, a native of Okinawa, Japan, is the Japanese security guard training chief and Sunder, a native of Teaneck, New Jersey, is a patrol supervisor, both with the Provost Marshal’s Office, Headquarters and Support Battalion, Marine Corps Base Camp Smedley D.
