An ambulance from the U.S. Army Military Ocean Terminal at Sunny Point, North Carolina (N.C.) responds to an emergency and has to has to reroute due to flooding caused by Hurricane Florence in Boiling Spring Lakes, N.C., Sept. 18, 2018. Hurricane Florence was one of the largest storms to hit the Carolinas in years and ignited a massive response from emergency services. Massive flooding and loss of electricity have impacted many towns throughout Eastern N.C. and local residents will have a long road to recovery.
