Monica Ebert, 145th Airlift Wing public affairs officer, and Cece McConnell, Chaplain of Boiling Spring Lakes Fire Rescue, assess a dam that was damaged by Hurricane Florence in Boiling Spring Lakes, North Carolina (N.C.), Sept. 18, 2018.
