Airmen from the 124th Fighter Wing took on the challenge at the leadership reaction course event during the Non-Commissioned Officers Enrichment Course at Gowen Field in Boise, Idaho on Sept. 21, 2018. This problematic obstacle course is designed for Airmen to build cooperative decision making while working under pressure, apply new concepts with individual ideas and suggestions, build communication, and solve problems within a group.
