ANSBACH, Germany, Sept. 14, 2018 -- The Environmental Division of U.S. Army Garrison Ansbach (USAG Ansbach), opens a new Environmental Education Center with a beekeeping lab at Urlas Kaserne. After the local Beekeepers Association's chairman Norbert Hauer presented Certificates of Participation to the beekeeping students and enthusiasts, USAG Ansbach Deputy Commander Kathy Gavle awarded Mr. Hauer a garrison Certificate of Appreciation for his hard work and assistance in creating the center. Later the assembled sampled the center's first honey yield and continued their classes in beekeeping. (U.S. Army photo by Eugen Warkentin)
