VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (Sept. 18, 2018) Chief Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (Fuels) Michael Kyne, from Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford’s (CVN 78) air department, is pinned to the rank of chief petty officer by his wife and father during a pinning ceremony held at the Sandler Center for the Performing Arts.
