VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (Sept. 18, 2018) Chief Operations Specialist Kaylea Motsenbocker, from Bath, New York, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford’s (CVN 78) operations department, is pinned to the rank of chief petty officer by her daughter and son during a pinning ceremony held at the Sandler Center for the Performing Arts.
