VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (Sept. 18, 2018) Chief Master-at-Arms Chris Brooks, from Largo, Maryland, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford’s (CVN 78) security department, is pinned to the rank of chief petty officer during a pinning ceremony held at the Sandler Center for the Performing Arts.
