VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (Sept. 18, 2018) Chief Aviation Ordnanceman Jarasai Collins, from Andrews, South Carolina, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford’s (CVN 78) weapons department, is pinned to the rank of chief petty officer by his family during a pinning ceremony held at the Sandler Center for the Performing Arts.
