Officials cut the ribbon to officially open the facility during the grand-opening ceremony of the new Fort McCoy (Wis.) Logistics Readiness Center Central Issue Facility (CIF) on Nov. 5, 2015. Fort McCoy Deputy Garrison Commander Lt. Col. James Parkinson and Col. Sydney Smith, commander of the 404th Army Field Support Brigade at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., cut the ribbon.
