Pennsylvania has sent teams of CH-47 Chinooks to support the South Carolina National Guard in the aftermath of Tropical Storm Florence. McEntire is a designated hub for aircraft supporting recovery efforts throughout areas of South Carolina impacted by Tropical Storm Florence. More than 3,200 members of the South Carolina National Guard have been mobilized to prepare, respond and participate in recovery efforts after Tropical Storm Florence caused flooding and damage to the state.
