New Zealand Army soldier Lance Bombardier Liam Philips works with U.S. Marines with 1st Brigade, 5th Air Naval Gunfire Liaison Company, III Marine Expeditionary Force Information Group during a mock fire mission as part of Exercise Joint Assault Signals Company Black at Waiouru Training Area, New Zealand, Sept. 9th, 2018.
