Working with FEMA and the Puerto Rico Department of Natural and Environmental Resources (DNER), hardwoods that have deteriorated in quality will be reduced by the Corps of Engineers, and quality hardwoods will be consolidated at DNER sites, and DNER will take responsibility for final disposal.
