People reach toward Ly Huynh as he hands out wrist bands for a Pacific Angel (PAC ANGEL) 18-2 health service outreach event at the Cultural House of Tam Giang commune in Nui Thanh, Quang Nam province, Vietnam, Sept. 15, 2018. Health service outreach clinics helped more than 1,000 people on the last day of PAC ANGEL 18-2 and hosted general medicine, physical therapy, optometry, and dental clinics. Efforts undertaken during PAC ANGEL help the U.S. and partner nations improve and build relationships across a wide spectrum of civic engagements, which bolsters each nation’s capacity to respond and support future humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
