Staff Sgt. Zachary Mohring, an air cargo specialist from the 123rd Airlift Wing, chains down a vehicle while loading a C-17 Globemaster III aircraft at the Kentucky Air National Guard Base in Louisville, Ky., Sept. 15, 2018 in response to Tropical Storm Florence.
