Members of the PA-HART (Helicopter Aquatic Rescue Team) and the Pennsylvania National Guard discuss staging arrangements after securing their CH-47F Chinook Helicopter at Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina. This team arrived in a CH-47F and their UH-60 Blackhawks together with their flight crews and rescue techs. This elite team has positioned itself to support the state of South Carolina for rapid helicopter rescue response for Hurricane Florence.
