Chief Yeoman Jonathan Torres, from Centennial, Colo., receives his chief collar devices during a chief pinning ceremony on the flight deck of the Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer USS Milius (DDG 69). The ceremony is part of a long-standing tradition that honors and recognizes the years of hard work, service and leadership of dedicated Sailors in the Navy.
