U.S. Marine Corps Staff Sgt. Matthew Allen, an aviation technician with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 363 (VMM-363), nicknamed the "Red Lions," observes outside of the ramp of an MV-22 Osprey aircraft while conducting confined area landing exercises over Oahu, Hawaii, Sept. 13, 2018.
