    Amy House, accompanied by her son Eric House, receive a briefing as part of a tour before a chain of custody ceremony held at the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, Sept. 13, 2018. The House’s visited the Agency to send off the remains of their husband and father, U.S. Marine Corps Capt. John A. House II. House became missing in action on June 30, 1967, when his helicopter went down during a reconnaissance mission over South Vietnam. His wife, accompanied by his son Eric House, received his remains 51 years after his death.
